CM Baby Blues BB is a bay overo Paint mare, with many champions in her pedigree. She gave us a fantastic 2009 foal - Black Eyed Racketeer [Romeo]. We are very pleased with this cross with Black Jack. BB has given us 5 foals so far and they have all been awesome. They have great dispositions, are very trainable, willing and intelligent. The first foal I had out of her (Zippin Hot Shot) was trained to lay down to allow his rider to mount, then he would get up. A ranch family bought him for their 12-year old daughter. The second foal [Watchin My Racketeer – aka Rachel] was sold to a farm family in Washington for their kids to ride. The third [Ratchett Royal Charge] was sold to a family in Washington for their 10-year old daughter. Obviously the disposition this mare gives her foals is unbeatable! BB was bred to Poco Lena Hickory for a 2011 foal. We are really anxious to see the foal these two horses produce! We had several people ask about Romeo because he is so flashy and commands attention. His disposition is just like BB's other foals, and just like Black Jack's disposition. He is quite fast and athletic when out running and jumping in the pasture. UPDATE: Romeo was sold to a ranch family in Montana . . . yes, for a little girl! We are anxious to watch her compete on him next summer at the RMBA show/sale in Deer Lodge!
